Best Vegan Food in Norwalk. The vegan baby back ribs taste like real ribs; texture and everything—you cannot tell the difference. I’ve always wanted either vegan Caribbean-style food or soul food near where I live, and Louis provides the best Caribbean-style vegan food I’ve had. Absolute 10/10 and highly recommend.
